Sreeparna works as a postdoctoral research associate under Prof. Saptarshi Basu in the Indian Institute of Science. She is an applied mathematician and completed her Ph.D. from Jadavpur University in 2020. She was the gold medalist in her master's from IIT(ISM) Dhanbad. In her current role, she is working on multiphase dynamics of droplets and the collective behavior of active systems.
