Description: Hey! I am Nivedita Dharmendra Tiwari. I've completed my bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from SGGS (Nanded) and I recently joined Prof. Basu's group at Mechanical engineering department at IISC as a junior research fellow for a SERB funded project titled 'Organ-On-Chip approach to understanding pathogenesis caused by ESKAPE pathogens and designing intervention strategies for managing the disease', an interdisciplinary project between mechanical and biological sciences which focuses on developing and testing of experimental setup suitable for study of bacterial survival and motility under various constricted microfluidic environment mimicking human organs.
