Research Interest: Elucidation of fluid dynamics of bacterial movements in natural body fluids and its relation to pathogenesis.
Introduction: I joined for Ph.D. at IISc, in January 2019 under the Prime Minister's Research Fellow Scheme (PMRF). Before joining my Ph.D., I have completed my bachelor's from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT- NIT Surat). Throughout my undergraduate education and even at IISc, I have held various student affairs, training positions and have participated in many events.
At IISc, I am enrolled in the Interdisciplinary Centre for Energy Research (ICER) Department. I work jointly for the Multiphase transport processes Lab (Mechanical Department) and the Molecular Pathogenesis Lab ( Department of Microbiology and Cell Biology), under the guidance of and Prof. Saptarshi Basu (Mechanical Department and ICER) and Prof. Dipshikha Chakravortty ( Department of Microbiology and Cell Biology).
